Sometimes items may arrive in separate parcels. If you’re missing something, check your order confirmation and emails (in case we’ve already contacted you). If you still can’t locate it, email us and we’ll investigate right away.
You may return your order within 14 working days. Please return items in their original packaging (boiler boxes, sealed bags, etc.) and securely wrapped. Once received and confirmed in resale condition, we’ll issue a full product refund.
If your delivery is delayed, first check your order confirmation. Remember: orders placed after 11pm are processed the next working day. Also, keep your phone nearby our courier may need to reach you. If there’s still an issue, email or call us and we’ll trace your delivery.
